How long have you been at GBMC?
I’ve proudly served at GBMC for 20 years.

Where did you complete your training?
I’m an alumnus of Old Dominion University.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Creating a positive departmental culture where staff feel supported, valued, and work together effectively is highly rewarding. Seeing team members succeed and grow in their careers is a significant source of fulfillment.

What is one key way you support a zero harm/safety culture?
Improving Patient Care and Outcomes... The primary reward for me is the ability to influence and improve the quality of care provided to patients on a larger scale. It is important to me to ensure the entire team is committed to the patient well-being, which ultimately helps people breathe easier and improves their quality of life.
