COVID-19 Testing for GBMC Health Partners Primary Care Patients

The Omicron variant of COVID-19 is highly transmissible, and we are seeing an increase in cases across the community.

In response to the need for additional COVID-19 testing, GBMC Health Partners is now offering PCR (not rapid) COVID-19 tests at our https://www.gbmc.org/padonia Plus location* for all of our primary care patients who have COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19.

You can conveniently self-schedule a COVID-19 test directly through https://www.gbmc.org/mychart.

If you do not have https://www.gbmc.org/mychart, please contact your primary care provider for help with scheduling.

Please note:

• Appointment required
• No walk-ins
• No rapid tests
• No travel tests
• Testing is for GBMC primary care patients who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or who have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19
