IRBNet is the cloud-based platform used by the GBMC IRB to electronically manage all research-related submission processes. It is a user-friendly solution that helps the IRB staff and GBMC affiliated researchers better manage research project submissions, including new project proposals, project continuations, amendments, and permanent closures. IRBNet is accessible anytime, anywhere, provided you have internet access.
All research-related materials sent to the GBMC IRB for review must be submitted using IRBNet. Paper submissions are not accepted.

HOW TO SUBMIT AN IRBNET PACKAGE The GBMC IRB meets every third Monday of the month except for January when the IRB meets on the third Tuesday. Submissions are due the first Monday of every month. Refer to the Institutional Review Board Menu on the left side of the screen for a schedule of the current year’s IRB meeting dates and submission deadlines.
