Pfizer Vaccine for Ages 5-11: Notice from GBMC Health Partners

GBMC Health Partners understands many parents are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to have their children between the ages of 5 and 11 vaccinated against COVID-19. Our primary care practices that deliver care for pediatric patients will be providing the vaccine soon. Appointments will be scheduled when the vaccines have been delivered to our offices. Once we receive them, our website will be updated, and you will be able to schedule an appointment by contacting the office.

Parents of children at these three practices may contact the offices via https://www.gbmc.org/mychart or by phone if interested in scheduling a vaccination appointment.

When practices receive the vaccines, children who are already scheduled to come in for well child visits will be offered the COVID-19 vaccine as part of their visit. Children coming in for illness visits will NOT be offered the COVID-19 vaccine at that visit and will need to make a separate vaccine-only appointment.
